   12:00 PM

• Arrive at Sportmans’ Golf Course at Noon.
• Check in your foursome at the registration table.
• Receive t-shirt. Additional Al B Open items are available for purchase.
• The Al B Open Committee requests that your foursome registers together so we can get a team picture right afterwards.
• This is an ideal time to check out our raffle tent.  You are able to purchase raffle tickets to try your chances at winning some great gift packages.
• Lunch is provided courtesy of Steve Day - Subway at this time as well.

   1:00 PM

• Shotgun starts at 1pm.
• Donnie Holmes entertains our non-golfers and volunteers with Bingo games in the pavilion. This activity is available throughout the day until the golfers start to finish their rounds.

• Hot dogs and additional refreshments will be available during the day.

   6:00 PM

• Around 6pm, dinner will be provided courtesy of C&J Catering as the foursomes finish their 18 holes. We request that one golfer turns in their team scorecard promptly to a committee member*.
• Social attendees start to arrive and the raffle will be available until all of the golfers return.
• Golf winners are announced.  Tournament sponsors are acknowledged and thanked for their generosity.

• Raffle prizes are handed out and friends and family are encouraged to stay and socialize.
